I really love the clarity, and your intention for the photo. BUT, I'm not that good at landscape related photography so I'm not sure how to offer help. Somehow, I want the lines in the photo to lead me to the beach house...it does right now because of where it's placed. Somehow I want this to be more dramatic.
I still like it anyway! :D

Yeah, that could be why I'm not satisfied. I was trying to find a good way to compose the shot, but there wasn't much to use on the beach. It didn't help that it was pitch black out there.

lol aww :hug: I hope you have better luck next time you try something similar to this. I know how it feels when you have something so perfectly in your mind and just can't seem to make it happen in front of you. But, I still like the photo anyway =P

Wow, beautiful. I love how it's so lit up and looks like it's glowing. I'm not sure what exactly you could do to make it better. Perhaps toning down the vignetting? I wonder how it'd look if you pulled up the reds in the photo a bit.

The vignetting is cause of the way I blended the HDR. I wanted to get a full gradient in the sky. good suggestion, though. I'll see what bringing the reds up does.
