as an artist, i don't feel at all limited by my ability to produce images.

i feel limited only by lack of ideas. i feel as if i'm in a near-constant state of "writer's block".

i think that sometimes i feel unnecessary pressure to create something enitrely unique in every way, and i suspect that extinguishes beginnings to ideas i don't bother to remember, more often than i realize.

i want to start a long, drawn-out series. i've never really done that before. hmm...i need to start thinking...




oh...i guess i'm currently limited by my lack of camera. ugh, i wish i could say "fuck bills and tuition" and just buy myself a camera already. i might just be the only person in my program without his own camera. i'm both embarrassed (as a photographer who wants to be taken seriously as such) and sad. oh man, i need to either acquire more money than i'm currently making, or start spending some money i don't currently have.
